Qualification of the Award

The requirement is that the individual (man or woman) or organization must have achieved some landmark(s) in the practice of Practical and Effective Charity and must have also been making or inspiring others to practice Practical and Effective Charity, especially at the grass-root levels.

The award is open to everybody and anyone who merits it notwithstanding their race, colour, tribe, nationality, gender or religious affiliation can receive it.
